We are looking for a bright individual to join us as a Transaction Coordinator!  A TC provides support to multiple Real Estate Agents by managing all the deadlines and details of the home sale transaction. If you are someone interested in Real Estate, and not actually being a real estate agent, this is a great position for you!

 

As a Transaction Coordinator, you will work with agents in the processing of their real estate transactions. You will oversee compliance and administrative details throughout the process. The support our transaction coordinators provide allows agents to focus on building client relationships and advancing their businesses. Our team provides full-service support and acts as the central point of contact for all parties involved to ensure a smooth path to closing. You will also work hand in hand with local lenders and real estate attorneys.

 

This is a full-time position with the ability to work from home.  The ideal candidate will be able to master multiple computer systems, be a perfectionist (or close to it!), be upbeat and personable, be able to solve issues quickly and in a calm manner and be able to roll with the punches.  Must have your own computer and cell phone.  Precision Transactions will provide you with the software, clients, and support to shine in this position!

 

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between real estate agents, their clients, attorneys, escrow/title companies, and mortgage brokers during the transaction of a real estate sale and effectively manage the administrative tasks involved in a closing

  • Follow up and manage deadlines and timelines, ensuring they are met and contingencies are released

  • Maintain accurate and compliant files for all transactions you manage

  • Ensure real estate contracts are processed properly and in a timely manner with a focus on the details, oftentimes juggling multiple computer systems

  • Communicate regularly with agents, their clients, and affiliates by sending reminders, next steps, checking in and what to expect emails

  • Document tracking for a large volume of real estate transactions

  • Be the first point of contact/resource for all questions that arise throughout the closing process

  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout

  • Fast-paced while checking all the boxes (and maybe double-checking them)

 

Requirements:

  • Extremely detail-oriented

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Ability to digest detailed contracts and make informed decisions based on content

  • Careful attention to file review requirements and deadlines

  • Loyal, stable, committed, consistent and results-driven

  • Enjoys helping others and going above and beyond to provide the best customer service

  • High organization and time management skills

  • Loves being part of a team working toward a common goal (always pushing the team)

  • Personal motivation for success

  • Professional behavior and attire when attending network or office events

  • Strong computer skills (familiar with Microsoft office programs and Google platforms)

  • Must live in the Boston area

 

This person’s daily tasks will include:

Processing new files for up to 10 agents
Managing all dates and deadlines for up to 20-40 transactions a month
Assisting agents over email or via phone (voice and text)
Communicating with agents, their clients, lenders, attorneys and brokerages

 

Qualifications and Compensation:

Real Estate experience preferred but not required
Quick learner and self starter
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Suite)
Be open to getting their MA Real Estate salesperson license

Pay structure is Commission based per transaction
