What Services Do You Offer?
We offer a range of services including Contract to Close Management, Listing Coordination, and select administrative projects as our calendar allows. Our goal is to streamline your real estate transactions and provide the support you need to succeed.
Will I Have a Dedicated TC?
Yes, you will be paired with one dedicated TC. However, if you go 90 days or longer without submitting, we may need to reassign you based on your TC's availability at the time of your return.
What Is My TC's Availability?
Our TCs are available Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. We also provide vacation coverage, ensuring someone is always available to handle your files if your TC is out. We value work/life balance and kindly ask that you respect our evenings and weekends for family time

How Can I Pay My Invoice at Closing?
We accept Venmo, Zelle, checks, and ACH payments directly from your brokerage. Credit cards are also accepted with a small service fee. Payment is due within 7 days of closing, and if the file falls through before closing, no payment is required.
What Platforms Are We Familiar With?
We are well-versed in all major platforms used for compliance and e-signing, including Dotloop, Docusign, Skyslope, Paperless Pipeline, Brokermint, and Command, among others.
