1. Seamless Collaboration: We believe in the power of teamwork. We collaborate closely with both agents and customers to ensure a smooth and efficient real estate transaction process. We manage 90% of the correspondence so you can focus on other income-generating things.
2. Secure eSignatures: We will securely collect eSignatures, making documentation processes faster and more convenient. In addition, we’ll circulate these docs to all parties immediately and upload them into your brokerage-required platform.
3. Meeting Deadlines: Time is of the essence in our industry. Our dedicated TCs work diligently to ensure all deadlines are met, providing you with peace of mind throughout the transaction. We send calendar invites for all major deadlines of the transaction so you can easily track them. (*Gmail users only at this time)
4. Effective Communication: We understand the importance of clear and frequent communication. We maintain open channels with clients, lenders, attorneys, brokerages, and co-brokers, facilitating effective and transparent communication at every stage.
5. Document Review and Compliance: Our meticulous approach includes a thorough review of documents to achieve compliance with industry standards and your brokerage’s specific regulations. You can trust us to ensure that everything is in order.
6. End-to-End Transaction Management: From the moment your transaction is accepted until closing, we take full responsibility for managing the process. Our experienced professionals handle every detail to make your transaction as smooth as possible.
Payment Terms: Payment for our services are due within 7 days of closing, ensuring a hassle-free and transparent financial process. An invoice will be sent to you for review at the mid-point of the transaction and again on the day of closing. We have several options for payment to make it easy for you.

Agent Responsibilites (in all states)
Here's a list of requirements for ALL agents during the transaction:

Maintain constant communication with your TC, co-broke, and all affiliates

Review all received correspondence so you are up to date at all times with the details of the transaction

Obtain necessary work or repair quotes

Schedule inspections or contract work when necessary
-
Handle negotiations, including repairs, price changes, appraisal shortfalls, and closing date adjustments, etc.

Promptly notify all parties in case of transaction cancellation or termination
-
Advise clients on important decisions, contractual obligations, and any changes to the original offer or timeline
-
Review Commission Statement and CD/ALTA/HUD for accuracy
-
Settle invoiced fees from Precision Transactions within 7 days of the closing or a $50 late fee will apply
