Marketing Package - Listing

$75 per listing (all states)

  • Choose from one of 5 packages to customize with your information, colors, and logos

  • Social Media posts include - Just Listed, Offer Accepted, Under Agreement, Just Sold, Price Change, and Back on Market (we can offer some variations on wording)

  • Two property flyers - New Listing and Open House

  • You provide us with the photos to use, information to include

  • We'll provide all social media upfront for you as png files to post as you'd like

  • Flyers will be provided as PDFs or digital files that you can print **We do not offer printing options

  • Formats for social media include Facebook and Instagram

  • We will post all announcements to our own social media stories to promote your business or properties

  • Payment is due at the time of submission via Credit Card (processing fees apply)

  • A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to create and get the final product to you

**Precision Transactions will only post to our own social accounts - the agent will be responsible for posting to their own accounts.  PT will not provide any printing services for flyers.**

$50 per buyer (all states)

  • Social Media posts include - Offer Accepted, Under Agreement, Just Sold (we can offer some variations to wording) and one postcard (just Sold or Under Agreement)

  • You provide us with the photos to use, information to include

  • We'll provide all social media upfront as png files for you to post as you'd like

  • Formats for social media include Facebook and Instagram

  • We will post all announcements to our own social media story to promote your business or properties

  • Payment is due at the time of submission via Credit Card (processing fees apply)

Offer Preparation (MA Only)

$50 per offer prep

(MA Only)

  • We will prepare an offer for you during our normal business hours of Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm (EST)

  • Two revisions are included in the price

  • Offers are charged by ADDRESS not buyer

  • Offer Submissions are required and ALL information must be provided for us to process

  • The fee is due at the time of the submission via Credit Card (processing fees apply)

  • A minimum of 2 hours is needed to turn the offer around

  •  We will require access to your MLS, and your form creation platform to write up the offer

  • We will pull all posted documents from MLS and include them with the offer for your client to sign

  • If desired can also provide an Offer Letter for you in Word format so you can make any additional changes and present it with the offer package
