Beth Crumrine | Founder and Owner
Beth has been a licensed real estate agent in California, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Massachusetts, working in various aspects of real estate before transitioning to residential. Driven by her love for paperwork and organization, she launched Precision Transactions in 2019 to offer agents expert transaction coordination services. This allows agents to focus on growing their business while improving client satisfaction, efficiency, and professionalism—all without the overhead of hiring full-time help. Beth now focuses on growing her team and driving the company’s continued success.

Beth aims to provide agents with a high-end service that focuses on exceptional customer service, thorough work, and offering a true partnership in business. She values both her transaction coordinators and the agents' specific roles in each transaction, with the ultimate goal of ensuring client happiness.
She lives near Knoxville, TN and enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with family. She’s also a passionate sports fan, cheering on the Boston Bruins, South Carolina Gamecocks, and Tennessee Vols.
Erica Norris | Transaction Coordinator and Director of Operations

Erica brings over 15 years of experience in the lending and real estate mortgage industry, with a strong focus on detail and customer service. As a transaction coordinator, she ensures smooth transactions by managing every aspect of the process, guiding agents and clients through challenges with ease. Her background in loan processing, commercial lending, and operations management provides her with the expertise to navigate complex transactions, always striving for a worry-free closing experience.

Currently residing in San Antonio, TX, Erica is married to her high school sweetheart and has two children. In her free time, she enjoys camping, hiking, and traveling with her family, drawing from her diverse experiences across multiple states to deliver personalized service to every client.
Ashleigh Dennis | Transaction Coordinator and Director of Technology

Ashleigh began her career in education, with over 15 years of experience teaching and working as an ESL assistant. Her background in guiding clients from varied backgrounds has been invaluable in real estate, where she’s thrived as a REALTOR® since 2017. Ashleigh’s proficiency in transaction management, from contract writing to inspections, reflects her attention to detail and commitment to high ethical standards.

Living in the Greater Charlotte area, Ashleigh is married with three daughters. She enjoys family camping trips, Broadway shows, and cheering for the Carolina Panthers in her free time.
Jillian Walker | Transaction Coordinator and Director of Client Relations
CT, MA, ME, NH, RI, VT
Before entering real estate, Jillian thrived as a state-certified pharmacy technician, specializing in inventory and insurance. With a keen eye for detail and discretion honed over 15 years, she transitioned into real estate, earning her Juris Doctor from the Massachusetts School of Law in 2011 and becoming a licensed attorney. By 2014, Jillian was serving as Market Center Administrator for Keller Williams, overseeing compliance and transaction funding across offices in MA and NH. Her legal expertise and dedication to agent success made her invaluable in this role, ensuring every file met rigorous standards while supporting agents' growth.

Jillian lives in Peabody, MA, with her husband and their labradoodle, Loki. They are avid Boston Bruin fans. In her free time, she enjoys going to games, traveling, reading true crime, and spending time with her family, and friends.
Toni Vandeveer | Transaction Coordinator (Bilingual - Spanish)

Antonieta "Toni" Vandeveer, born and raised in Houston, TX, holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Houston. She spent 14 years in the hospitality industry, where she honed her customer service skills, mastering organization, prioritization, and problem-solving. Through fast-paced customer interactions, Toni developed effective communication and a positive, solutions-focused approach.

When COVID-19 impacted the hospitality sector, Toni transitioned into real estate as an executive assistant, later becoming a licensed agent in Massachusetts in 2021. Now, as a Transaction Coordinator with Precision Transactions, Toni partners with agents to help grow their business by managing paperwork, meticulously reviewing details, and delivering outstanding service to clients and affiliates.

Toni lives in Stoneham, MA, with her husband George, son Alexander, and stepson Hayden. In her free time, she enjoys jigsaw puzzles, painting, reading, hiking, and traveling.

Kristin White | Transaction Coordinator
AR, GA, MA, TN, TX, VT
Kristin has called Middle Tennessee home her entire life. After attending Tennessee Tech University, she moved back to her hometown of Manchester to begin teaching preschool. While purchasing her first home, Kristin quickly realized she wanted to pursue a career in real estate. Kristin's real estate career began in 2017, and since then she has enjoyed helping numerous friends, family, and people from different states buy and sell residential and commercial property. Being licensed in Tennessee, she has an in-depth understanding of the real estate process. Kristin prides herself on establishing positive relationships, being organized, efficient, and skilled at multitasking to successfully manage transactions and ensure contractual timelines and brokerage compliance are met.
Kristin currently resides in Hillsboro, Tennessee with her husband, Brent, their one-year-old daughter, and two dogs. Kristin and Brent have recently discovered a love for renovating spaces and have spent the better part of 2022-2023 remodeling their new home and enjoying time together on their mini-farm. The Whites love sports (Go Vols!), and hosting their friends and family for any occasion.
Jam Quisel | Transaction Support Specialist
Jam works as the Transaction Support Specialist for Precision Transactions. She began her real estate career in 2017 after graduating with a degree in Industrial Computer Technology. Jam's trained eye for transaction and compliance, as well as her eagerness and willingness to do more, make her an invaluable member of the PT team. She is capable of providing seamless support as well as performing administrative tasks independently and as part of a team.
When not working, Jam is typically seen cleaning the house, she also enjoys watching movies on Netflix, and assisting her nephews with their assignments and projects when she isn't working in real estate. She loves spending time with her loved ones, friends, and Anthony, her college sweetheart and recent fiance!
