Beth has been a licensed real estate agent in California, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Massachusetts and has worked in many different aspects of real estate including apartment and commercial/industrial property management as well as commercial/industrial sales prior to transitioning to the residential platform. It was her love for paperwork that brought her to the Transaction Coordinator role in 2001 for a top-producing team in California. After working with various teams across the country, she decided to move into the independent Transaction Management world in January 2019.
Precision Transactions was launched to provide agents with excellent quality service and allow for more agents to utilize the leverage that a transaction coordinator allows them. TCs provide clients with readily available assistance and clear steps throughout the process. Some of the additional benefits include higher client satisfaction leading to more repeat business and referrals, a more professional appearance when working with affiliates, quicker communication, and more time for agents to focus on "people work" and not paperwork. All this for a per-contract fee instead of having to find and hire skilled help.
Her main focus within the business remains on growing her team and providing them with the vision, direction, and resources to continue to improve themselves both personally and professionally while pushing the growth of the company forward.
Beth grew up in Southern California and moved to North Carolina in 2004 and then to Massachusetts in 2011. She and her husband, Mike, have three children, Cole, Kenna, and Maegan. In her free time, Beth enjoys traveling, reading, and volunteering for the USO of New England to support active duty service members and their families. This cause is important as her son is a proud Army veteran.

Erica has worked in the lending and real estate mortgage industry for over 15 years. Her attention to detail, strong work ethic, and impeccable reputation is shown in her willingness to go above and beyond for her clients. Erica’s exceptional customer service skills and commitment to perfection have made her stand out with her clients and employers alike. Her top goal will always be satisfied clients, and a smooth and worry-free road to closing ensures that will always be the case!
Erica’s professional path began in banking and personal lending. She soon added commercial loan processing, as well as operations management of multiple banking locations to her repertoire. Working as a loan processor in 2008, and beyond, required expansion of her knowledge of foreclosures, short sales, and loan modifications. As the market rebounded, Erica was proud to work with numerous top mortgage producers across various states, maintaining a solid portfolio and priding herself on accurate and complete loan submissions. Her vast understanding of the overall loan process is an asset to you as an agent, and your client, as she can accurately guide you through any challenge that the lending process may entail. As a transaction coordinator, Erica proficiently manages all aspects of a transaction, ensuring that all parties are informed and prepared for each step along the way to closing.
Originally from Little Rock, Arkansas, Erica is married to her high school sweetheart and has two extraordinary children. When time allows, she enjoys camping, hiking, and traveling with her family. She currently resides in San Antonio, TX but has had the pleasure to live and work in multiple states in her lifetime, gaining her great diversification in her work and personal experiences.

Ashleigh started her career as an educator. She has over 15 years of experience teaching at all age levels, from pre-k through high school. Her most recent role in education was an English as a second language assistant. This particular experience proved invaluable to Ashleigh in her real estate career, as she worked with clients of various backgrounds who needed assistance understanding the complex aspects of the real estate process. While serving as a licensed REALTOR® since 2017, Ashleigh is proficient in managing the entire real estate transaction process, from pricing to open houses to negotiating, closing and settling. While assisting other agents with showings, contract writing, negotiations, and scheduling inspections and repairs, Ashleigh discovered an affinity for the back end of the real estate transaction. Her experience in performing these various services has provided her with valuable insight into the stumbling blocks that can impact the transaction process, enabling her to foresee and avoid these obstacles. She enjoys the challenges associated with providing top-level, quality service to her clients in an expedited manner, always setting a high bar for herself for her performance. She also possesses and maintains the highest of ethical standards.
Ashleigh is married, with three daughters, and she and her family reside in the Greater Charlotte area of North Carolina. Her oldest daughter has been involved with dance for nine years, and Ashleigh spends a lot of her free time involved in attending and assisting with dance competitions and studio events. She also enjoys camping with her family, Broadway shows, and watching Carolina Panthers football.

Prior to working in real estate, Jillian worked as a state-certified pharmacy technician for 15 years. The fast-paced workflow, extreme attention to detail, and need for privacy and discretion is something Jillian thrived on. She became the inventory and insurance specialist for her pharmacy giving her both a chance to lead and tackle challenging projects. Jillian earned her Juris Doctor in 2011 from the Massachusetts School of Law in Andover and was sworn in the Massachusetts Bar Association as a licensed attorney in 2011. After working in several law firms, she became a licensed real estate salesperson in August of 2013. In early 2014, Jillian began her true career in real estate as a Market Center Administrator for a Keller Williams brokerage. Jillian’s attention to detail, organizational and people skills, as well as her legal background, made her the perfect person to handle this role. During her seven years in leadership, Jillian handled every single real estate transaction that came through her offices (Beverly, Topsfield, and Andover) for both MA and NH. Her sole responsibility was making sure all files were legally compliant at both state, local, and brokerage levels as well as handling all the funding for each deal. Jillian takes pride in her attention to detail and being the cheerleader for every agent she works with; she loves helping others succeed in their goals. During her time in leadership Jillian’s real estate knowledge, networking, and skills have flourished and she is looking forward to using these skills to help her clients achieve their goals!
She currently resides in Peabody, MA while she and her boyfriend are on the search for their first home to start their life together! Jillian is an avid Bruins fan and in her spare time enjoys watching and going to Bruins games, traveling, reading, watching true crime tv, concerts, and spending time with her family, friends, and boyfriend Brendan.

Antonieta "Toni" Vandeveer was born and raised in Houston, TX where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Houston. She went on to spend 14 years in the hospitality industry where Toni fine-tuned her customer service skills and learned the importance of prioritizing, planning, and being organized. Other lessons learned in the fast-paced customer service industry were creative problem solving, effective communication, and the power of positivity.
Toni’s transition into real estate occurred when COVID-19 decimated the hospitality industry in 2020. She began her real estate career as an executive assistant for a real estate team and obtained her Massachusetts real estate license in 2021. Toni is now a Transaction Coordinator with Precision Transactions, LLC. Toni’s goal as a transaction coordinator is to partner with agents to help them grow their business by taking care of the paperwork, reviewing the details and providing exceptional service to their buyers, sellers, and affiliates.
Toni resides in Stoneham, MA with her husband, George, 1 year old son, Alexander, and 9 year old stepson, Hayden. Toni’s hobbies include puzzling (working on jigsaw puzzles), painting, reading, hiking, and traveling

Meggan is a highly skilled customer service professional with over 10 years of experience in the industry. Throughout her career, she has honed her communication and organizational skills, thanks to her time spent in both an accounting office and as a licensed real estate agent in North Carolina. Meggan takes pride in providing exceptional service to her clients, always striving to exceed their expectations and deliver excellence.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Meggan is married to her high school sweetheart and has two children, ages 9 and 1. Recently, she made the decision to move back to her hometown of Hickory, NC, where she enjoys spending time outdoors and hosting cook-outs for her family and friends. Meggan also has a passion for personal finance and enjoys reading books on the topic. She is also a DIY enthusiast who loves taking on home improvement projects whenever she can.
Transaction Support Specialist
Jam works as the Transaction Support Specialist for Precision Transactions. She began her real estate career in 2017 after graduating with a degree in Industrial Computer Technology. Jam's trained eye for transaction and compliance, as well as her eagerness and willingness to do more, make her an invaluable member of the PT team. She is capable of providing seamless support as well as performing administrative tasks independently and as part of a team.
When not working, Jam is typically seen cleaning the house, she also enjoys watching movies on Netflix, and assisting her nephews with their assignments and projects when she isn't working in real estate. She loves spending time with her loved ones, friends, and Anthony, her college sweetheart.
